Contributions to MTL 4 are welcome! We want to specifically encourage
the development of generic algorithms and components
that use MTL 4. If algorithms and components built on top of MTL 4 are
also generic, then the potential for reuse in the community will be
much higher. One example of a generic library built on top of MTL 2 is
the Iterative Template Library. We will adapt
ITL to benefit from the improved interface. New MTL matrix
formats and bug fixes are also greatly appreciated.
